Volunteer Search and Rescue - What is Involved

Volunteer Search and Rescue is extremely rewarding, however, it is also extremely demanding and time consuming - you must have flexibility in both your personal and professional life. Typically, search and rescue volunteers are expected to adhere to a rigorous training schedule and be available to respond to missions 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
